Shipping within CANADA is approximately 1-7 days.*
Shipping to the USA is approximately 7.-10 days.*

Refunds
At this time, we do not take refunds but arehappy to offer store credit. Receiving store credit can only be honoured within the first 30 days of your shipment date.
We do everything we can to ensure a safe delivery - sound packaging, extra padding, etc. but cannot guarantee the manner in which it is handled by Canada Post or alternate shipping companies.
We also endeavor to solve any problems that may arise with any of my pieces, and always list my pieces as accurately as possible.
*Due to the regulations by the Government Of Canada, there are no returns or exchanges permitted on pierced earrings or face masks.

Fabric Mask Care Instructions
- Your handmade product is intended to be hand-washed in hot water and detergent. This should involve lathering and scrubbing for a minimum of 20 seconds.
- Lay flat to dry. Do not machine-dry.
- After washing, mask can be pressed/ironed to retain pleats. Avoid pressing/ironing the elastic loops as they may melt under the heat.
- Mask should be laundered upon receipt and after each use.
- This piece is handmade, so small imperfections may be present.
